Vince Zampella, Dies in an LA Traffic Collision
The co-creator of Call of Duty, renowned for co-creating the immensely successful video game Call of Duty, has tragically died in a vehicle crash in Los Angeles, California he was 55 years old.
Zampella's death was confirmed by Electronic Arts, which owns Respawn Entertainment, a game studio which he helped establish.
The celebrated industry figure lost his life when his car crashed and caught fire on a motorway in the Los Angeles area on this past Sunday, as reported by.
"This represents an unimaginable loss, and we stand with his family and friends, his family, and all those touched by his creative vision," a representative from Electronic Arts stated.
