Football Expert Sutton Faces Off Against Artist Murs in Premier League Predictions
The Gunners' ten-match winning streak came to an end by the Black Cats before the global hiatus, however will the English top division leaders recover against local foes Tottenham this weekend?
"{I believe like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham currently but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this game," stated soccer specialist Chris Sutton.
"The Spurs manager will try to neutralize Arsenal, who have not always been at their scintillating finest this season - but Mikel Arteta's team typically still manage to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League games this season, versus artificial intelligence, fans and a variety of special visitors.
For the twelfth round, he faces singer Olly Murs, who is a United fan.
Murs' new record, the new release, is available on Friday.
Soccer and Parenting Experiences
Murs is a skilled soccer player as well as a successful artist and has been a featured player of several Soccer Aid games down the years - but he is not planning a serious return as a player.
"{I recently played in a charity match the other night for a mate of mine," he explained. "My team was losing 3-1 when I came off in the second half, and they proceeded to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I still love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it still isn't where I want it to be. I wish I could play more but the uncertainty of the sport means it's too risky for me in my career to do it seriously again.
"Additionally I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am gearing up for the time that my child or boy decides to play instead."
The singer and his spouse his partner have two children, their daughter and Albert, and he is ready to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their coach.
"I won't push football on our children but I've previously told Amelia that if they happen to get the passion for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be coaching their weekend football side," he said.
"I observed my nephews play a lot, and I truly got into it, and I obviously was involved with a soccer team for a period too.
"My father coached with us when I was a child, which is probably where I get it from. He coached our team for several years and had great fun with it. That might be the next step for me as well, and I am excited to it!"
Premier League Predictions
Saturday, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
The Blues might have to wait a bit longer for their star's return from injury but their attack is already stronger with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both back fit.
I still think this game will be quite tight, however. The Clarets are well organised and their only home losses so far have been against Liverpool and Arsenal.
It smells of a one-all tie to me, but I am in fact going to go with the London side to edge it for what would be their third Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's forecast: 1-2
Olly's prediction: The Blues will be too strong. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
Bournemouth have been defeated in their past two games - albeit both of them were on the road - but they got absolutely spanked by Aston Villa last time out which surprised me.
On the other hand, West Ham won two in a row before the international break and, although both of those games were at home, they appear strong again.
The Hammers' sole on the road win this campaign came at Forest in August, when their manager Nuno was still that team's manager.
Therefore, what on earth do I go with here - will it be West Ham extending their streak under Nuno, or the home side bouncing back?
I am going to choose Bournemouth, because I believe what occurred against Aston Villa was a blip.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
Olly's outlook: The home team are performing strongly but West Ham have picked up under Nuno. 2-2
AI's prediction: 1-1
- Amex Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Bees were seen as one of the favourites for the drop before the season started, but they have impressed a few people under their manager and are in good form with three in their last four matches.
A family member told me to get Brentford striker Thiago in my fantasy soccer team a few weeks ago and, guess what, I didn't listen.
The forward will probably score again on the weekend but I am still not going to pick him or back Brentford at Amex Stadium.
They have not had great success on the road this term, and the Seagulls are consistently strong at home. Brentford will attempt to attack on the break but I think Fabian Hurzeler's side pose much more of a threat.
The analyst's forecast: 2-1
The singer's view: It could be one of those games where you expect there is going to be a many goals but it in reality proves to be quite close. 1-1
AI's prediction: 2-1

This is a huge game for Fulham, who have suffered defeat in five of their past six games.
Fulham have have plenty of quality in their team but it nonetheless feels like they could be dragged into a drop zone fight.
Regarding Sunderland, indeed they are the unexpected success of the top flight campaign so far.
Their display in the two-all tie with the Gunners last time out was superb. We've not seen any other team rough up the North London side like that this season, and Sunderland were fully competitive for them.
The sensible thing would be to support the Black Cats here, because they are clearly able of disrupting the hosts up too and, the previous occasion they were in west London, they defeated Chelsea at the end of October.
However I am not going to choose that. Instead, I truly need to carry on opposing the away team with my predictions. I am taking a lot of responsibility for their good results because they clearly enjoy to prove me wrong.
Looking at the home side's home record, the only team they have been defeated by is Arsenal. Their manager's team will be extremely eager for a good result, so I am going to predict they will pick up three much-needed points.
The expert's prediction: 1-0
The guest's choice: I'm aware Sunderland are doing well and additionally that the hosts are on a bad streak... but they have nonetheless been decent at home this season. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0

It is a tough fixture to predict. The Reds have suffered seven of their last ten matches in all competitions, but might they be among the teams who benefit from the {international break|
